4. Delivery
30 business days including analysis, setup, training, launch.
5. Client Obligations
- Provide data on time.
- Designate coordinator.
- Pay on schedule.
- Protect credentials.
6. Our Obligations
- High quality delivery.
- Support during business hours.
- Protect client data.
7. IP
- Odoo is LGPL-3.
- Our customizations are ours.
- Client data is theirs.
8. Liability
- Not liable for misuse.
- Not liable for force majeure.
- Max: 3 months subscription.
9. Termination
- Cancel with 30 days notice.
- Suspend after 60 days non-payment.
- Client gets data on exit.
10. Law
Saudi Arabian law governs.
