• Monthly: Cancel anytime, current month non-refundable.
• Annual: 30-day prorated refund window. After that, service continues.

4. Process

• Reviewed in 5 business days.
• Processed in 14 business days.

5. Non-Refundable

• Delivered training.
• Completed development.
• Terms violations.

6. Plan Changes

• Upgrade anytime, pay difference.
• Downgrade from next cycle.
